According to testimony produced in court, Essex-born reality star Stephen Bell is accused of secretly disclosing CCTV footage of him and Georgia Harrison having sex. In a not guilty plea to two counts of exposing private sexual pictures or films and one count of voyeurism, Bear, 32, of Loughton, who won Celebrity Big Brother in 2016 and is best known for his appearances on Ex, stated that he did not violate any laws.
Bear is suspected of sharing CCTV footage of him and Love Island contestant Georgia Harrison having sex in his Lawton garden in August 2020 in order to monetize sites like WhatsApp, OnlyF, and P0rnhub. Georgia claimed that she was not aware that they were being recorded and that she never gave her agreement for the video to be shared.
At the start of the trial today (December 6), the jury heard testimony from the State of Georgia and the prosecutor Jacqueline Carey. In spite of Georgia’s request, Ms. Carey claims Bear shared the film for his own or others’ “sexual enjoyment.”
Bell told Georgia after they had sex that there was CCTV in the garden, which Ms. Carey said she may have recorded in her opening statements. According to reports, this is the first time the woman has heard about the CCTV. Bell allegedly sent Ms. Carey a copy of the tape after that.
