30 December, Jaipur (Rajasthan), India (ANI): On Thursday, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot met with Governor Kalraj Mishra at Raj Bhavan in Jaipur to discuss a number of ongoing state concerns.

In this meeting, Governor Mishra stressed the importance of taking “rapid notice” of the Kota suicides and the document leak case, and he urged the chief minister to act swiftly and severely.

The Governor further emphasized the need for the state government to develop a “effective action plan” in this regard.

CM Gehlot spoke about the President’s visit to Rajasthan, several topics pertaining to the state’s development, and the amendment to the Skill University Act during this meeting.

Governor Mishra raised worry in the meantime about suicide situations that frequently occur in Kota coaching institutes, effective coaching institute control, fixing of fees there, stress and pressure-free teaching method, weekly holidays, and concerns like stress management through sports.

Governor Mishra expressed worry to Gehlot after learning about the news stories about the paper leak that were reported in several media.

“The state administration should right away create and carefully adhere to a proper action plan in this area. A trap used on the thousands of unemployed teenagers preparing for competitive exams is the paper leak. The Governor pleaded with you to take harsh action against the administrators of coaching facilities, organized criminals, and recruitment agencies implicated in paper leaks.

In earlier letters, Governor Mishra also expressed concern about the paper leak issue and the rising number of student suicides at coaching facilities in Kota. (ANI)
