The court upheld privacy despite Mr. Morara’s argument that some social media users had declined to respect the children’s private because of their conditions.

“The court reiterates the necessity and significance of protecting the minor’s privacy… The privacy of minors should not be discussed in the media or by other social media users. The next pretrial date for this year is March 2nd, according to Ms. Ogweno.

On December 14 of last year, Baby Sagini was found abandoned in a corn farm with his eyes gouged out.
