Savannah Lee Johnson passed away following a protracted cancer struggle. Not just in the neighborhood, but all over the world, she has captured the hearts of thousands of people.
At the age of one, Savannah received a diagnosis of Embryonal Tumor with Multilayer Rosettes, or ETMR. This type of cancer has been reported in fewer than 300 cases.

At the Intermountain Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah, Savannah passed away. The Savannah Be Strong page sent a message announcing Savannah’s passing, which reads,
At roughly 3 o’clock today, Savannah died away. I’ll fill you in on the details of our day as soon as I can stop crying and gather my thoughts. In her short time here, she was a complete triumph and an angel. I adore you all.
Social media was inundated with condolences after the young girl’s passing was reported.
Cause of death for Savannah Lee Johnson: Savannah Johnson was only 18 months old when she received a cancer diagnosis. Savannah received assistance from her friends, family, and community in her battle against cancer.
She was a sweet, happy, and funny young lady. Savannah was agitated, her equilibrium was wrong, and she occasionally started vomiting when her head suddenly started to dip to the left. Savannah was brought into Primary Children’s Hospital by her family.
The tumor’s presence was confirmed by a CT scan, and an MRI revealed malignancy. It was determined that Savannah has been impacted by the very uncommon and aggressive cancer known as ETMR, or Embryonal Tumor with Multilayer Rosettes.
Young children are affected, usually those under the age of four. Her brain stem was encircled by the tumor, making radiation or removal impossible. She received chemotherapy and will serve as her own donor in a bone marrow transplant.
Her darling family, which consists of her mother, father, one sister, and a brother, survived her. Before she was born, her twin brothers had already passed away. A neighborhood fundraiser established a GoFundMe page to help pay for Savannah’s medical care. Christmas concert on December 17 was dedicated to Savannah and her amazing family.
