Death of Nikki Catsouras’s cause
According to a report made by the California State Highway Patrol, Nikki Catsouras was driving at a speed of 100 mph on State Route 241 near Lake Forest, California, on Halloween of last year at around 1:45 p.m.

When she collided with another vehicle, became disoriented, crossed over the center line, and slammed into a concrete toll booth. The incident caused her to pass away instantly.
