
Madison Crawford Car Accident: High School Student killed and 2 others injured in North Carolina Car Crash
Madison Crawford, a senior at North Henderson High School, has been identified as the driver of the car that was killed on Thursday in Henderson County, North Carolina.
Robert Lunsford, 18, and Kimisa Buchanan, 17, were hurt in a two-vehicle crash on Thursday. 17-year-old Maddy Crawford also died.
Unknown circumstances are said to have caused a Dodge Dakota pickup truck to drive across the center line and into the opposing lane on Terrys Gap Road in Fletcher. The vehicle then struck a Ford Ranger pickup truck head-on.
Crawford, a Ford passenger, died as a result of the collision’s injuries.
With severe wounds, the Ford’s driver, Lunsford, and passenger, Buchanan, were both transferred to a nearby hospital.
The health of the Dodge driver was not disclosed.
Investigations into the cause of the crash continue.
